Abstract

In work analytical expression for distribution clasters in the sizes is received. The formula considers a superficial tension claster, temperature of growth and other technological parameters. Temperature dependences of factor of a superficial tension and radius clasters are calculated. Results of work allow to calculate distribution кластеров in the sizes on the set technological parameters of process of growth.
